On 17 July 2003, Cesc Fabregas signed for Premier League side Arsenal from Barcelona. The then-15-year-old Spaniard quickly proved himself a key player at the club, and has since made over 200 appearances in all competitions.

Fabregas was born in Zaragoza, Aragon, on October 10th 1988. At the age of 16 he joined Barcelona from Real Zaragoza. With Barcelona he won three La Liga titles (2005–06, 2006–07, 2007–08), two Copa del Reys (2007 and 2011), two Supercopas de Espana (2007 and 2011), and two UEFA Champions League titles (2006 and 2009). In total he made 395 appearances for Barcelona – more than any other player in club history.

In July 2011 Fabregas joined Chelsea on a free transfer after five seasons with Barcelona. He made an immediate impact at Chelsea, helping them to win the Premier League title in his first season.
